Even the rocks have personality Their wisdom is one of the best things in the story Their messages that they share with Little Pearl Her treasures keep the interest high and the search is one that holds a lot of esoteric meaning It was wonderful for my granddaughter to read with me Both the colorful cover and illustrations are excellent and bring the story even to life I so enjoyed reading both books by Ms Kinnear She has a way of speaking directly to the children that I really love to see It engages the children and that s always a bonus This book is a definite book you should pick up for your questioning child The Secret of the Smiling Rocks Little Pearl s Reflection.
