We get chapters devoted tot he rest of the family time moves forward in each book so you will want to read them in order Some of the best parts of this book were when all the brother s and their families were together Constance has lead a sheltered life on the mountain as part of the commune settlement She thought she was happy with that life until she was being forced to do something she did not want Her friends and family help her escape and she runs right into Corey The two of them develop trust and then friendship All their time together eventually leads to intimacy I liked them together Very supportive and loving toward each other I just felt that Con was a bit too worldly given the lifestyle she was brought up in There was no real explanation about how she came to be that way I wondered why she didn t question the outside world Regardless of that.

It was a long time coming 292 Hunter s Mark by Wendy Smith is book four in the Copper Creek series This is the story of Constance and Corey I have read the previous book but feel you can make this a standalone book if you choose to do so This book does have and longer times with the secondary characters so that added to the joy Corey lives alone and somewhat isolated but has family close by that he visits His future sister in law was someone he has always cared for and loved that he should But now she is marrying his brother and Corey is trying to come to grips with that Constance and her family have lived in a compound that boarders on an a cult i thought there her friend has taken over as head of the group Instead of being a good thing he has gone off the deep end and now has plans to marry her off to a mean old man Constance escapes and ends up meeting Corey Both are needing each other and it turns to than they thought Good Read 292 I ve been a fan of the Copper Creek series since the first book was released and always waiting impatiently for each book after Corey was always the elusive Campbell brother He seemed cold and distant in the other books But boy is he anything but He is not what I expected at all This is truly a case of love at first sight And at first I thought it was a case of love for convenience.

James I highly recommend this book but make sure you read the whole Copper Creek series Reviewed by Alexis B 292 Hunter s Mark by Wendy Smith is the 4th book in the Copper Creek series This is the story of Constance and Corey I really loved getting into these main characters because they came off as believable and relatable This is a story that I found myself instantly immersed in and totally loving Corey lives alone and is somewhat isolated from everyone but he has family close by that he visits and can count on His future sister in law Lily is someone he deeply cares for and has a bond with they are preparing for her marriage to his brother Adam Corey finds it hard to release his deeper feelings for her and in the midst of this all happening.

Wendy Smith is a new to me author and Hunter s Mark was the first book of hers I read The books should be read in the order the series was written so you don t get any spoilers. Hunter's Mark book Other than that I have to say that I loved this story and will be getting the rest of the books so I can get the whole stories of the rest of the brothers The story is cohesive and beautifully written even though the author uses some words that are from originally from New Zeland they are not that many and they are easy to understand because of the definitions are at the beginning of the book. Book Hunter's marketwatch Is a different story than the usual romance story we get on a daily basis Corey is your usual loner that has decided to live by himself in the mountains of his hometown Constance lives with her parents in a closed community really close to Corey s house When the leader of the community finally makes a decision about who is to marry Constance she decided that she won t accepted and decides to run away She is found by Corey and he gives her a place to stay and everything changes once they found each other As she stays at Corey s house Constance starts learning all the things she has missed by living where she lived Will they be able to survive their differences Will they be able to look past their differences and finally find their own happiness 292 Constance has done something no one else ever hassaid no to Ash Shaw As the consequences of that come to the forefront she runs knowing if she wants to survive it s her only choice A mountain seems far enough away right Who d think to look for her there When she meets Corey she quickly realizes she isn t the only one there. Hunter's markneukirchen James is a brother we know extremely little about I m not that interested in him to be truthful but I want to return the box set to KU Read in the box set through Kindle Unlimited 292 Another Runaway ManI think my expectations were too high for this book I was excited to read Corey s book because compared to his brothers he seemed to have a good head on his shoulders He was down to Earth and went about his business I m slightly disappointed to find out he loved Lily for so many years it kind of killed their relationship dynamic for me Constance enters the picture inexperienced witty and scared and he welcomes her into his home Their relationship later escalated to romance and I loved seeing Constance come out of her shell I guess the reason for my poor rating is after witnessing what happened to Lily and Adam Corey seemed too quick to accept the possibility of Constance leaving him Sure he had his doubts but he did not fight for her the way she fought for herself He literally leaves her with her father and fianc whom she s repeatedly said she didn t want She had to show up for him to finally fight It was a disappointing development of their relationship and just left me feeling annoyed 292 I came to this series late I mean darn it there are three books before this and I have missed them all I think I would like to see a little of where all the characters have come from so far so I have the others now and will start at the beginning soon but as for this the 4th book well I can t say that it didn t read well as a standalone because I couldn t but it down so it definitely had something going for it and if truth be known it had rather a lot happening that endeared it to me. Hunter's Mark booking I liked Constance she was willing to stand her ground to be her own woman and believe me she needed that because Corey was far from a straight forward type of guy Happy in his own company he lived a solitary life only visiting his family when he felt the need the marriage of his brother to a woman that he has held dear for a long time it takes its toll on him and he isn t exactly coping well with the situation but that pales into insignificance when he meets Constance because her situation left my jaw slack They were great for each other they each needed what the other had to offer they just had to find that out in their own way and in their own time but could they I liked this it was well written super engaging and with characters that totally captured my imagination 292 
This is the 4th book in the Copper Creek series and I just knew that Corey s story was going to be interesting the big brother of the clan has been somewhat of a mystery so far We got glimpses but he was very private and aloof during the rest of the stories This series is a family saga and as such this story was sweet with just a tiny bit angsty moments Great addition to the series Only one brother left and I think he has secrets than Corey if that can be believed Looking forward to it Complimentary copy provided for an honest review 292 With this series Corey had been a brother we never really saw much of didn t know that much either other than he was a recluse So it was nice to see him than a wild mountain man When Constance had to run she couldn t have found a better place to run than Corey I liked that he treated her with kids gloves that he let her know she was safe and he did what he could to get her clean and warm. EBook Hunter's marketwatch As the two of the got to know each other their attraction bloomed It was telling that this didn t scare Constance despite where she grew up I liked that both went for things and wanted Better was how Constance didn t see where Corey lived as a bad thing she liked the solitude. Book Hunter's marketplace One a side note it was great to see how things worked out for Owen and Ginny those two deserved Also great was the wedding between Lily and Adam that doesn t end up being the case at all Constance although sheltered her whole life is a well read woman So although she does experience a lot of things for the first time in the book and there are scenes that remind you of her upbringing she s not completely ignorant Something else I like about this series is unlike other series the other characters from previous books don t just make appearances but you actually get chapters about them and insight into what their lives are like now So in this book we get updates about Owen and Ginny and their continuing struggles Of course Drew and Hailey and Adam and Lily appear often Now the question is what s happening with the youngest Campbell brother Constance lands in his life like a light from out of the darkness Corey didn t ever believe in love at first sight but with Constance he really fell hard and totally in love with her Constance comes from the compound that boarders on an a cult which is next door to Adam s land She was sheltered while growing up but is very educated She is sweet kind and innocent Adam is broody quiet and protective These two come from different backgrounds but yet they have this instant chemistry that lights up as soon as they meet Constance escaped from the group because their leader has pretty much gone off the deep end and tried to give Constance away without any sayso from Constance and the person he picked is pure evil Constance made her way out and lands with Corey who offers her safe passage on his lands and in his home He offers to protect her and keep her safe from harm The story really picks up as it focuses on Corey and Constance budding relationship Also in this book we get to see how the other brothers and their beloveds are doing We get to see how those couples are doing currently and what problems they may be facing I fell totally in love with Corey and Constance There was intrigue suspense drama passion action and love I loved the twists and turns this book has as for who is left out of the brothers that leaves James and there seems to be a huge secret as to who his one is I cant wait for the final book in the Copper Creek series My Rating 4.
